1/4 cup carrots chopped
2 tablespoons parsely chopped
2/3 cups apple juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup radishes chopped
1/2 cup quinoa cooked
2/3 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon ginger minced

Choose a medium or large jar and fill it with your cooked wheatberries.

Chop your radishes and carrots and add them to the jar.

Add your cooked quinoa on top, followed by the parsley and snow peas. You can seal the jar now while you work on the dressing.

In a bowl, add the orange juice, apple juice, red wine vinegar, lime juice, minced ginger and salt, and whisk it all to properly mix it.

Pour the dressing in your jar, and you can then empty the contents of the jar out on a plate. You can garnish it with a some parsley and enjoy! Perfect as a meal or as a side.
