Jamba Juice's Innovation Bar to Include Vegan Menu!
When Jamba Juice announced it was adding vegan almond-milk based smoothies to its menu, the demand and gratitude must have been significant, considering the next step of the company.
According to LA Eater, Jamba Juice’s Innovation Bar, the latest project of the juice and smoothie chain, is set to take the store to the next level and act as a concept cafe with a fully plant-based menu available. The first location is currently under construction in Old Town Pasadena, California, and will include a very decorative interior display, WiFi for all the patrons, a spacious sitting area, and an innovative and interactive bar and kitchen. According to CEO James D. White:
“The Jamba Concept Store will allow us to push the boundaries of the brand and enable us to innovate in three key areas: product development, technology, and the customer experience. The Concept Store’s interactive bar, test kitchen and other innovative elements will be unique to anything customers have experienced in the industry.”
Customers will also be able to offer real time feedback for the company’s new food and beverage concepts in the test kitchen. The Innovation Bar will be located at 8798 64 East Colorado Boulevard, and while the initial opening date has been delayed, perhaps it was as a result of perfecting the new plant-based menu!
