Circle V Festival Features Vegan Food, Music, and Celebrities!
UPDATE: Circle V is back for its third year, announcing its 2018 dates in a post on Instagram. The post reads:
“Hey! Hi! More info to follow, but SAVE THE DATES for circle v 2018! September 22 & 23!! Woo hoo!”
Circle V will take place at The Regent Theater in Los Angeles. You can learn more about last year’s event here.
Vegan festivals have become quite popular in recent years, including everything from local VegFests to the Eat Drink Vegan festival (formerly Vegan Beer & Food Festival). Music lovers will appreciate the upcoming Circle V event, which brings delicious vegan food, musical performers, and speakers together for one awesome night at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre.
On October 23, veg enthusiasts will gather in the united mission of celebrating animal rights to hear speakers Kat Von D, John Salley, Jane Valez-Mitchell, Kathy Freston, Nathan Runkle, Ingrid Newkirk, Gene Baur, Dr. Neal Barnard, Julieanna Hever, Uma Valeti, and the docu-duo Kip Anderson and Keeghan Kuhn.
The event’s food will be curated by Eat Drink Vegan, who showed their stuff with food and beer festivals in Portland and LA. After hearing from the animal rights world’s most influential speakers, ticketholders will enjoy performances by Blaqk Audio, Cold Cave, and headliner Moby. Tickets range from $10-$60 and all proceeds will benefit Mercy for Animals.
