The Huffington Post Profiles Cashew Milk!
Non-dairy milks have come a long way. Although some celebrities seem to have misconceptions about the availability of plant-based milks, these days you can choose from almond, soy, rice, cashew, coconut and even pea or mushroom-based milk alternatives. They have become so popular in fact, that The Huffington Post recently profiled cashew milk, asking its readers to consider whether or not it is the right milk for them.
Cashew milk is compared to almond milk in the feature, with the former being praised for being “naturally sweeter”, while having a milder overall flavor:
“So if you like some sugar in your milk or lattes, but are trying to abstain, this might be just what your morning needs. Cashew milk also adds a thickness that works wonderfully in lattes.”
