Purple Carrot Partners with Whole Foods to Sell Vegan Meal Kits
Popular plant-based meal delivery company Purple Carrot has partnered with Whole Foods to serve up some of its simple and delicious meal kits to customers in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The Dedham, MA location has just recently started offering three different kits in the following varieties: Mongolian Seitan Stir Fry, Pan Seared Tofu and Black Rice Noodles, and Cashew Korma with Cauliflower Rice. Is your mouth watering, yet?
Andy Levitt, Purple Carrot founder and CEO, said, according to VegNews:
“We are thrilled to team up with Whole Foods Market’s North Atlantic region to enrich the grocery shopping experience and make it easier for people to cook delicious plant-based meals at home.”
Instead of ordering the meals to be shipped to your home, customers in the area can swing by a Whole Foods and quickly pick up all the ingredients they will need for a fancy, delicious, and home-cooked vegan meal. These particular kits are priced at $19.99. With the popularity of meal delivery services on the rise, it is nice to see an all-vegan brand making waves. Purple Carrot has been around since 2014 and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.
