Vegan Chef Chloe Coscarelli Opens New Eatery in Miami
Miami New Times notes that the new eatery will offer “plant-based sweet and savory items including butternut nachos with cashew queso and a Miami mango salad with chili-cashew dressing,” along with Coscarelli’s “signature vegan cookies and cupcakes.”
Coscarelli also elaborated on why she chose Miami as a location:
“Miami’s people are so wonderful, and there’s a great vegan scene. The people I’ve met are really passionate about the vegan lifestyle. It’s a place I’ve always loved. This is a very personal project, so I can have a lot of fun with it.”
The 10,000-square-foot St. Roch Market features a total of 12 eateries. Coscarelli is also set to release her latest cookbook next month.
