Disneyland Debuts Four Vegan Meals to Celebrate World Vegan Day
For a limited time only, Disneyland is serving four new plant-based dishes to celebrate World Vegan Day!
All vegan options will be available at Disneyland’s Harbour Galley, a seafood restaurant.
According to POPSUGAR, the dishes include:
- Traditional Style Pozole Soup: Slow-roasted tomatillos, hominy, and serrano chilies, served with limes, onions, radishes, and shredded cabbage.
- Toasted Couscous Salad: Tossed with turmeric, roasted pistachios, and marinated black mission figs, topped with house-made cucumber salad, and served with roasted eggplant puree and naan bread.
- Lentil Chili Vegan Hot Dog: Topped with spicy lentil chili, onions, and mustard.
- Antipasti Salad: Cherry tomatoes, baby artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onions, roasted red peppers, pepperoncinis, and campanelle pasta tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.
The meals are only available until November 4, so if you happen to be visiting the California resort, make sure to try out these vegan options before they are gone!
