Yields: 2 Servings
Instructions:
Boil some pasta and set aside.

Whisk the following ingredients over a low heat on the hob:

Plant milk (can use just water)

Vegan margerine

Granovita cheese sauce mix

Handful of Nutritional yeast

Tsp of Marmite (yeast extract)

Tsp of English mustard

Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

pinch of Mixed herbs

Tsp Garlic powder

Use cornflour to thicken, but will thicken on standing

Once sauce is not too watery, try to coat some pasta with it. If it coats well, you can bake it.

Pour sauce over pasta

Use a lasagna dish to hold the pasta and sauce…

…and then top with some blended or mixed breadcrumbs, garlic, and olive oil

Stick under the grill to crisp the top, and serve.
