|1 package||dark chocolate|
|1 package||Dates (can use as many as you like)|
|5 tablespoons||Coconut flakes (unsweetened is best)|
|30 grams||walnuts (can make into a powder)|
Once the chocolate is melted and your prep-station is ready, simply take the pitted dates one by one, dip them in the chocolate, then quickly roll them in either the coconut flakes or the walnut powder. When the temperature is cool, the chocolate sets immediately and you can place them in a container or tray without a mess! Line them up, eat a few, and keep the rest sealed in your fridge for instant sweet tooth-access!
Other options for toppings can include cinnamon powder, crushed pistachios, cardamom powder or goji berries!
