Healthy Granola with Sunflower Seed Butter and Raisins

This granola is really easy to make and hard not to eat as soon as it comes out of the oven. And there are endless variations of ingredients that you could use in place of what is listed here. Plus, it's made from real food ingredients and is oil free!

Yields: 5 3/4 cup servings
Instructions:

Ingredients:

3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (use GF oats to make recipe GF)
1 cup hemp seeds
1 1⁄2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
1⁄8 teaspoon ground clove
1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
1⁄2 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
1⁄4 cup Brown Rice syrup
1⁄3 cup raisins

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, hemp seeds, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and salt). Stir well to evenly distribute spices.
In a separate small bowl, combine the wet ingredients (maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, blackstrap molasses, and brown rice syrup). Stir until fully combined.
Add the wet ingredient mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well to combine.
Spread the uncooked granola evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for 30 minutes total in an oven preheated to 300 degrees, stirring the granola every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
After 30 minutes, add the raisins to the granola, stir well, and place back in the oven for 3 minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
