Ingredients:
| 1⁄4 cup | vegan vanilla yogurt |
| 1⁄2 cup | Vegan mayo |
| 4 tablespoons | Orange Juice |
| 3 | shallots (chopped) |
| 3⁄4 teaspoons | salt |
| 1 | lime (squeezed) |
| 3 | avocados |
| 1⁄2 cup | cherry tomatoes |
| 2 | serrano chilis |
| 1 | cilantro (just enough for garnish) |
Steps:
Whisk and then refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, but you can chill it for a couple hours if you prefer.
